If you haven't done so already, we recommend having a look through our Blog. We upload posts regularly, Loco Entertainment wants to give you valuable information that can help in all aspects of organizing and hosting a Wedding or Event.
Do you set up during the booked hours?
No. We arrive an hour prior to the requested start time to set up and prepare. As an example, if you book for 5 hours (let's say from 7pm - 12am), we will arrive at 6pm to set up and have the music ready to start at 7pm.
Can I extend the hours on the night?
Yes. You can ask the DJ to extend the hours on the night. We require 30mins - 1hr notice prior to the finishing time on the night, if you would like to extend.
What equipment do I need to provide for the DJ?
For indoor events, nothing will need to be provided other than a standard powerpoint. (It must be a clear powerpoint to avoid tripping the circuit. There shouldn't be anything else running off this powerpoint)
We do require for all events to have the following:
Dry flat surface, A vendor meal for bookings over 5hrs, shelter from all elements,
Can I request songs I don't want played?
Definitely. If there are songs you dislike please inform us on the Event Planner Form or the Wedding Planner Form. We will make note of these songs and make sure they are not played even if requested by a guest.
Can the DJ play songs from my music collection?
Yes. Please let us know that you would like to choose this option and we will cater to you. (If you choose this option, please bring at least 2 quality USB drives, that have been checked properly to avoid any technical issues.
How do I make a booking?
Please submit the Enquiry form to give us the information needed to send you a quote. Then we will send you our booking form with an invoice for the deposit.
To help us better understand your needs, please complete our Enquiry Form. We will then help you decide which of our packages is the best option for your event pending availability. Once availability is confirmed we will provide you with a quote.
Book it in
If you would like to book with Loco Entertainment, let us know and we will email you what's required to lock in the date. Your booking is confirmed once the deposit has been submitted and you have completed the booking form and agreed to the T's&C's.
At this point, all that's left to do is fill out the Event or Wedding Planner Form. This is the last step and easiest step left to ensure that you have the Professional and Experienced DJ services needed to make your event even more unforgettable.
